Terms & Conditions
AESOP Answers — Integrity Defence Solutions UK Ltd
Last updated: 28-Jul-26, Effective: 28-Jul-26, Version 1.0
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the AESOP Answers website at aesop-answers.com and the purchase of analytical reports through it ("the Service") by you the client and “you” and “your” will be construed accordingly.
The Service is provided by Integrity Defence Solutions UK Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15987740, with its registered office at Knoll House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3SY, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
By submitting a report request and making payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
We provide analytical reports generated using our proprietary AESOP analytical workflow, directed and validated by human analysts ("Reports"). Reports are produced in response to a specific question or brief submitted by you through our website.
The Service is available in three tiers:
• Public: A Report produced in response to your question and published on our website in anonymised form one week after delivery to you.
• Private: A Report produced in response to your question and delivered to you only and never published. Includes one round of clarification and rework.
• Tailored: A Report produced incorporating data and context you supply. Delivered to you only and never published. Turnaround confirmed at order.
To place an order, you must complete the request form on our website and make payment through Stripe Checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case we will refund in full any payment made.
Following confirmation, we may contact you by email with clarifying questions about your brief. We will do this only where genuinely necessary to produce a useful Report. We will not begin producing the Report until we have all the information we need.
We aim to deliver Reports within 2 working days of receiving your confirmed submission (and any clarifying information we request). Tailored Reports may take longer. We will confirm an expected delivery window when we confirm your order.
Reports are delivered by email to the address you provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
Every Report will include: a front cover; a contents page with hyperlinks to each section, an executive summary, the full analysis and a sources and references section.
Every Report is covered by our money-back value guarantee. If, within 7 days of delivery of your Report, you consider that the Report has not delivered value to you, you may request a full refund by contacting us at reports@aesop-answers.com.
We will process refunds immediately upon request. We will though ask why you do not believe the Report has delivered value to you so we can learn and improve our service for the future. We welcome feedback where you are willing to share it, but it is not a pre-requisite for you to receive a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card provider.
We own all intellectual property (IP) rights in the AESOP analytical workflows, the methodology used to produce Reports and the format and structure of Reports.
Providing you do not request a refund for your Report, we assign the IP rights to the content of that Report on a partial basis (a partial assignment) on the terms below:
You may use your Report for your own internal business purposes and you may share it within your organisation. However, you must not:
• Resell, licence, sub-licence or commercially exploit the Report or any part of it to third parties;
• Publish it as your own original work without attribution;
• Use it as training data for any AI or machine learning system;
• Use it to build or develop any product or service that competes with the Service;
• Remove any attribution, references, or sourcing information from the Report.
If you require IP assignment for uses beyond those described above, please contact us to discuss terms.
Subject to the terms in this Section 8., we warrant that we will provide the Service with a reasonable level of skill of care.
Except as expressly set out in these Terms, neither Integrity Defence Solutions Limited not any of its suppliers, distributors or investors make any specific promises about the Service.
We do not warrant that any of our services will be secure, accurate, uninterrupted or error free or that these services will meet your specific requirements. We provide the Service “as is”.
Some countries provide for certain warranties, such as the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Reports are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in any Report constitutes professional advice — legal, financial, investment, regulatory, or otherwise — and should not be relied upon as such.
We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any Report. All information in Reports is based on the information available at the time of production; it may not be current, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
You rely on the content of any Report entirely at your own risk. All decisions made on the basis of a Report are your decisions alone, and we accept no responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any Report or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to this, we shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising in connection with our provision of the Service for:
a) loss of revenue or profit;
b) loss or damage to computers, devices or any software or date;
c) loss or damage to goodwill; and/or
d) indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage.
We shall not be responsible for anything beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
These Terms constitute the whole legal agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and us.
You agree that if either you or we do not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms (or which is available under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of our rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available.
Each of the obligations contained in these Terms shall be construed as separate and severable obligations but, if at any time any one or more of the obligations is or becomes invalid illegal or unenforceable in any respect under law, but would be valid if some part thereof were deleted or the period or area of application reduced, such obligation shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective and in any event the validity legality and enforceability of the remaining obligations shall not in any way be affected or thereby impaired.
Every Report includes a sources and references section. Sources are selected and cited by our analysts on the basis of relevance and reliability. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party sources cited in Reports and you should verify any source that you intend to rely on for any decisions you make.
Where you are a UK consumer (an individual purchasing outside the course of a business), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 would normally give you a 14-day right to cancel a contract for services purchased online.
However, because each Report is produced specifically for you in response to your individual question and brief — and production begins promptly after your order is confirmed — each Report constitutes a bespoke, personalised service within the meaning of Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production of your Report has commenced.
Your rights under our money-back guarantee (Section 5 above) apply regardless of this and provides you with a meaningful remedy if you are not satisfied with your Report.
If you purchase a Public-tier Report, you agree that we may publish an anonymised version of your Report on our website one week after delivery to you. We will remove your name, company name, and any information that could identify you or your organisation before publication. The sector analysis, recommendations and general findings will be published as these are not organisation-specific.
If you have any concerns about the anonymisation of your Report, you must raise them with us before the one-week window closes.
The AESOP analytical platform used to produce your report is operated by Integrity Defence Solutions Inc. ("IDS Inc"), our parent company, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure hosted in the United States. However, the preparation of your report does not require any of your personal information to be transferred outside the UK and therefore the information transferred to the United States is not considered to be a “restricted transfer” under UK GDPR.
Full details of how we handle your personal data are contained in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations
We will always try to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Please contact us at reports@aesop-answers.com if you have a complaint.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
